Laila Alieh is a former NASA engineer, with a continued love for Math, as well as a certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner. Learning to thrive with ADHD and dyslexia, Laila has gone through numerous practices to find holistic strategies that work for people with ADHD, and wants to pass those on.
After many years of working with people with ADHD, I believe that my three-phase approach provides the most comprehensive and life-long solution.
When signing up to work with me, you get a fully customized plan to address YOUR needs. I don't have pre-selected packages because I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all service.
When this client first came to me, they were in search of SAT tutoring and ADHD support. Through my initial assessment, we also discovered some test-taking anxiety and other wellness needs.
I worked with this client two times per week for over a year. During that time we had 1:1 tutoring and SAT mock-testing days, as well as food and nutrition support, environment changes for ADHD, and development strategies for stress, anxiety, and time management.
This client had some major successes! First, they got into a wishlist college, yay! But in addition to that, they had developed the life skills to successfully manage their ADHD in a way that would carry them through navigating the workload, time, and stress that comes with college. We met the initial goals that they had when coming to me, and added even more wins from there.
Client B came to me in need of intensive organization help. Her ADHD had begun to interfere with her ability to maintain healthy friendships and complete her college classes. She was barely surviving, and desperately looking for a way to thrive.
During our nearly full year of working together, Client B and I worked on several goals. We completed a Decluttering Detox, getting her physical space organized, as well as a Digital Detox. Both of these services helped manage her ADHD and clear her mind. Beyond organization, I was a coach and mentor to this client through an engineering Co-Op, where we worked on interview skills, time management, and general professionalism strategies.
We saw huge success with Client B. She is now almost graduated from college, and a future woman in STEM!
Client C is an elementary-aged student who came to me while two-years behind in math. Aside from struggling with math assignments, she had difficulty focusing and overall lacked organization in her life.
During my on-going time with Client C, we worked through many math-focused activities, but also developed a reward system to promote a positive relationship with math. We have worked on focus strategies and will be working on organizational habits together, as well.
This is an on-going client, however in our 6 months together so far, her parents have already noticed improvement in grades, but mainly, increased confidence and a positive attitude towards math and school. I cannot wait to see the continued growth over time!

I have worked with individuals of all age groups. I mostly work with busy professionals and students who don’t have a lot of time but want to see results without making a negative impact on their health and their grades. They want to make life-long, habitual changes to their life.
We don’t do quick fixes. We make smart changes that lead to lifelong results. I love working with people who have a goal and want to meet that goal. Whether it is trying to reduce medication, lead a holistic lifestyle, or improve grades for a happier and healthier life.
